Brenna + Connor
Gather Estate in Mesa, Arizona holds a special place in my heart because it's where I got married in 2022! It was surreal to experience a wedding there that wasn't my own — I hadn't shot there pre-getting married, and seeing another couple exchange their vows (especially one as sweet at Brenna and Connor) was so emotional for me! I was definitely shedding real tears during the ring ceremony and the father daughter dance. Day-of coordination was organized by the amazing Southern Bliss Event Coordination who work with Gather Estate often — so nice to have pros there to help Shelley and the Gather event team. I sing the praises of all of them! Ceremony signage is from Etchings By Emma, another one of my all time favorite vendors. The incredible florals (including the covered arbor!) were done by Little Blooms Co. with Brenna's dress from and altered by Wedding Belles. The couple also included one of my favorite wedding trends — printing your engagement photos in a layflat book for guests to sign. Such a fun, personalized guest book (that you may actually pick up and look at again!). Brenna and Connor booked me about a year and a half out from their wedding date, so we had tons of time to get to know each other. By the time their wedding rolled around, I felt so connected to them and was beyond ready to celebrate too! I also had the honor of working alongside both Carolina and Isaiah of Amour Film House for videography! This wedding was one perfect example of how a great lineup of vendors can make your experience amazing — I'm so grateful fo the team on this day. The perfect day!
